Yup just made my first BS bump it the WFS section.
great looking cue from a solid AZer.

Now that we got it back it so great to post positive replies about great cues and the sellers .:p

That's one of the things that's been missing....Now if we can only get people to remain civil and stop the cannibalism on FS threads.......I have my fingers crossed.

I don't know what planet you been banging balls on but AZ billiards doesn't have the cue selling corner to themselves .
There will always be cue flippers as long as any custom or production or collector cues still around or being made.

There is not a cue maker in the world that if you walk into there shop with a 10,000 bank draft they will not want to deal with you to some extent.
You could bar every cue flipper from posting any of there cue's online and we would still be selling cues .............
We have repeat customers and there friends we sale locally and we sale out of the trunks of are cars and allot of the time we give better deals on the cues then if you were to buy factory direct.

Hopefully we can help would-be buyers and prevent them from getting ripped off.

We sure as hell don't want some sap buying a 2k sneaky pete.

Private sales are no ones business but the OP. If it's too rich for your blood, all you got to do is move on..Besides who the hell are you to decide what's a "ripoff" and what isn't?

You are correct but For Sale section is a public forum and medium. We are all pool players here and we don't want to see our fellow pool players buy 2k sneaky's.

You may like to prey on would-be buyers but I don't.

What I do have are some sneaky petes that I would like to sell to you though.
 
Here's the thing......whom appointed anyone the Forum Police..... just got a line of shit from another Azer saying "he was only looking out to protect the best interests of cue buyers and collectors." in defense of the critical remarks he sooner or later invariably makes.......and Dom....really now......come on......trying to protect would-be buyers from getting ripped off......who empowered you with this Cornucopia of Cue Expertise that you know what cues are worth at any given point in time?

If a prospective buyer wants to purchase a cue, there are lots of ways the person can ascertain the cue's price range and even that is subject to debate or is it not? It's by criticizing the selling price of a cue listed for sale that got us into trouble in the first place.......I say just shut the _uck up....let the buyer determine what's a fair price but don't go after the seller.......Dom can send a private PM message to every single person whom posts on any for sale thread letting them know what he thinks the cue is worth when he spots a cue listed too high.....but leave the selller's thread alone.

If I see anyone dumping on someone else's thread, especially a price criticism, you have my pledge I will report the individual(s) to the Mods.....and I will keep track of how many times I report that person......I will do my bets to get that person banned.........I invite and encourage every Azer to do the very same thing........no hard feelings to anyone I report.....you've been warned......if Dom criticizes a seller's pool cue price or anything like that, then report him because I know I will be doing it.........if I cause a ruckus, then report me......if anyone acts out of line or "knocks a cue or its price", report the son of a *****......let's start self-policing to help the Mods......report the offenders and do it each and every time and the Mods will proof enough to ban the person.

Have you even purchased or sold a cue on here? Why do you care about pricing so much? It is easy for people to research what a cue should sell for after all.
 
Great. Now my twice-a-year listings can get booted to page 5 within 12 hours because some cue-seller's friends bump his listing with helpful information like "Great cue!", "Good luck with your sale" and the always-insightful "Wow!"

By the end of the 24-hour waiting period I'll try to find my listing...around page 20.

If I've got something to sell I'll still list it in the For Sale section, but it's a 99% chance that it will sell on eBay.

AZHousePro said comments won't bump a thread, at least in theory. Just allowing posts on the threads that won't move them up or down the list.
