You Make the Call!

Legalize the scoop jump. Why not? Jump cues have made it just as easy? and eliminate the 'push rule', too difficult to explain or even judge. If you can make the shot, why not?

A buddy of mine who used to play at Cochran`s in the Bay area once told me (regards the issue of PUSH)that he tells his opponent``We do not have to argue with each other every time the situation comes.I do not call foul on u and u do not call foul on me``.I think this will preserve peace on earth.
