your opinion of coker cues

Here's what you should know.

Firstly, Tom makes a great cue and they're way undervalued. They hit stiff and are made well. I used to live minutes away from his shop. Michie (sp?) Is a lovely lady and Tom is a great guy. Misunderstood, but fair and nice.

I agree totally his cues have a very solid hit besides i will put a player with a great stroke using a cocker vs anyone using a southwest now that is a over rated cue not saying southwest is not a great cue but not everything can be compared to them in my opinion mortuary mike is a dealer if you want to know anything about the cues great guy to work with

Coker cues seem to have a medium-stiff hit, if that means anything.
All three of the Coker cues I've hit with play pretty good, and I've known a couple of real good players that play with Coker cues.
The all look good, and there always seems to be one for sale, so I would look for a good deal, and you won't get hurt if you decide to flip it.

They are tougher to sell.

I think they are okay, but resell is tough on them. They arent in high demand.

I think if you can find a good one, and a good price you will be fine.

Just dont tie up too much in one.

coker

Several years ago Tom had a stroke and so often his communication skills are lacking. I have a couple of his cues and have played with several more. They all play very good. Excellent value for the money. Never heard of one being a dog. Don't know why the re sale values went down but that happens sometimes and doesnt make sense. I have 2 in my cue cabinet that I have owned for 5 years. I recently pulled one out and hit some ball and was really surprised how nice it played. There good deals, his finish is excellent and the old bowling alley shafts are fantastic.
