Double standard? People have said for years that you're just as likely to get a magazine as you are to not get one. Still, people keep sending away their money. You want a daily thread for it? Go for it.

Here's an idea.. send Rodney your money.

I love that InsidePool does all these free streams, but I just can't handle Alvin's commentary any time it deviates from the actual game at hand. And when he says "LIIIIIVE baby LIIIIVE" it just makes my brain want to explode.

There is a BIG difference between a vendor and participant!

One gets a PAY check!
One agrees to abide by the rules & one does not!


Your post not only is out of line! But, also in poor taste! It is not the responsibility of BCA/CSI/Mark Griffin to police the vendors. He is not the "consumer protection agency" nor is he the "federal trade commission"! The vendor pays the fee and gets space, that is the beginning and end of his responsibility.

Sorry you think and feel other wise! But, you are comparing apples with oranges!

Well, based on the statements in the post below you mention them as "Not Banned" making a direct comparison between the Morris saga and the insidepool saga! Again comparing apples with oranges. It was a pot shot at BCAPL and Mark Griffin. Sorry, you can't see the reality of your actions. But, just like you I can live with it as well.

The 15 page public TAR and feathering was ENTIRELY due to the Morris Fan club trying to PUBLICLY help Rodney! I would know nothing about it if not for them!!!!

The AZBilliards lynch mob swings into action over MANY injustices. I am sorry your cause does not garner the support of this board.

He would get cut to ribbons on AZ Billiards. He wouldn't get away with missing a month. Much less doing it for years.

The issue with Rodney was not because he is a PRO Player or envy! In my opinion, a lack of remorse, A history of disrespect & a tradition of preferential treatment and entitlement was behind the "OUTRAGE EXPRESSED"

The truth of the matter is I think it is far worse selling subscriptions for your magazine and then not honoring them, For Years.
This is worse than what Rodney did, you can agree with that or not. But I don't see posts about J.R. saying he needs to reinvent himself.
Also a lot of people like to go on and on about how what this pro or that pro did is so bad for the game, and that's why pool is
in the state it's in today. Are you trying to say that the new player who is all excited about pool and can't get enough pool.
Who goes out and subscribes to a mag. that never comes is good for pool.

Anything NEGATIVE is bad for pool period! Just because JR and insidepool has not had a spotlight shined in that direction and stays under the radar, does not mean it is not subject to a appropriate amount of outrage when and if the issues see the light of day in this public forum for social justice.

My comments are in Blue above to make it easier to follow and easier on the readers to see what parts of your post SPECIFICALLY I am addressing.

only one problem!

its pretty hard to ARGUE when NO ONE is defending JR or Insidepool! People do not argue with thin AIR! Pretty hard to reach "15 Pages" when there is "no comment" But by your standards, anything less than 20 pages would be inappropriate???? it is a CLEAR sign of AZBilliards unwavering bias to the PRO Pool Player and we all should run and hide in the closet in shame!!!!

Does CSI have a double standard? Of course...they do what's good for CSI. CSI needs IP's free streaming so they don't make an issue about how poorly IP runs its magazine. It's not directly related to CSI's business.

Rodney Morris's actions are directly related to CSI's business: if all the pros know the late fee will not be imposed, none of them will sign up until the last minute.

As far as AZB is concerned, IP is regularly raked over the coals here, and I can't recall anyone being banned/censored for it.
