Foth SW and Herceks are excellent playing cues. I have owned at any one time, 18 SW and 2 Herceks. I am not a dealer or flipper. I have a cue addiction. The SW are quite popular and prety easy to move. I found mine to be consistent and those with which I played hit exceptionally well. Getting a SW is like geting a savings bond that you can cash out at any time. If you do decide on SW, I highly recommend the slim butt. I believe they feel better and play better on todays equipment.
Herceks feel like magic. Both of mine felt the same, I used only one. I liked the feel, balance and especially the shaft taper, which to me was like the old pro taper. The ONLY reason I traded these and did not use the one more is my B. Szamboti's, which I have to say the play is quite close. I traded both Herceks + cash for a huge B. Szamboti. This says allot about just how outstanding the Hercek's play.
Seems to be a bigger market for SW, perhaps because of Asia and the fact they are cheaper. Try them both and see which you like best and buy based on your personal feel. In the end, you are not goingnto see enough difference in profit or loss on either to change anything.
Good luck.
