Guys I just got off the phone with Jack Justis to start getting the info I need to place an order for a case.

Let me tell you guys he is the nicest guy in the world. I have dealt with cue makers like crazy and they have all been nice but he was informative and just plain nice.

I have to say I wasnt expecting him to be rude obviously but its always a nice surprise when someone of his caliber is that genuine and sincere. When i told him i was finally ready to start doing the prep he genuinely seemed excited for me and excited to do the case. Not for business reasons but because he is a master of his craft.

I look very forward to seeing him at Valley Forge and placing my order.

Sincerely,
Charles

He's one of the nicest, most humble people you will ever meet. His wife is very nice, as well. And, of course, his cases, are gorgeous!

Jack is one of the best I've encountered in the world of pool & billiards. I wouldn't trade my custom Justis for any other case.

Jack is one of the nicest people in Pool, he does what he says he is going to do, and fills order as promised or sooner. It is called Old Fashion Customer Service!

Jack and his wife are first class people.I always enjoy seeing and talking to them at the shows. I have a new case coming as well and can't wait to pick it up at Valley Forge. What a great couple to have in our industry.

Jack Justis Cases

Just for my own clarification, are the cases now ordered being built out of his factory in China?

Just a "yes" or "no" answer is fine.

Thanks.

Justis "WEST" Cases that are available from Michael at OMEGA Billiards, are Stock Designs are made in China.

Jack makes Custom Cases like with Diamonds on Pockets, Names, Logos, Sheridan Tooling, etc., and they are made in Jack's Secret Workshop in FL. Think we all call it a Garage.

Id be willing to bet he spent 4 hrs on the phone with me, helping me through his web site, showing me different stuff, when I was choosing the things I wanted for my case.

Then 2 years later the inlays on the bottom pocket got screwed up I sent my case back he fixed them for free. Not bad a 24 month warenty....

Ordering my case from Jack was a totally pleasurable experience. Well, other than writing the check...;)

I can assure you that he was genuinely excited for you. It has been my pleasure to call Jack & Toots friends for many years. Jack not only takes pride in his cases, but he likes making people happy. I've witnessed Jack be just as excited for the person that won one of his raffles as the person that actually won the raffle.

Choosing Jack to make you a custom case is like choosing a good cue maker that listens to you, stays in contact, and that works to give you exactly what you want, while not compromising the integrity of their work.

Congrats on your choice and please be sure to post pics when your new case arrives.

i heard he is a great guy, id love to take a drive down there and apprentice for a little while and see if he can teach me anything...if anyone wants to put a word in for me feel free. :o)
