The DVD You Have All Been Waiting For! Efren Reyes Vs Scott Frost~1 Pocket Challenge

Lenny, got the tapes and went to bed with them last night; while I was present during the event, seeing it again from a higher angle provides a different prospective; nice job and the folks can be assured they will receive your dvd's as Herriman disease as not spread to Phoenix. Thanks to Efren for playing Scott and for Scott's touching talk after the match.

Scott was the only player who ever went to this fan before the match and thanked me and others for coming to watch his match. Nice job Scott

I am glad you liked them,I think the one pocket is great on these dvds and we do the best we can to make sure our supporters are taken care of. :)

Great match

Anyone that is a fan of onepocket should get this dvd. A great match between to of my favorite players. Well worth the money.

This was actually a very good match to watch. there are tons of great plays

This was the first video i ever edited, create a cover(case & dvd), and get manufactured by a fulfillment company. I did make one mistake. I left the disc 1 label on the spine of both dvd case designs instead of disc 1 and 2. oops...

It is still good pool, whether it was a dump or not... When i was there live, that didnt even cross my mind, but it did look like efren struggled on certain shots

Thanks,Steve did a great job on it and I know many people dont know him but he works very hard behind the scenes. :)

My understanding of the match was that 5000 was put up by one person or group (the promotion group) and both players were playing for this prize. Neither player put up any of the 5000. Is this true? And if it is, how could there be any dumping involved? Only if the rail was substantially higher than 5000 would that even make sense.

Again, I'm not certain this is true, but I remember hearing this somewhere when the match took place.

I dont believe it was a dump,Efren is getting older, the low percentage shots most mortals cant make just are not going.Efren was pissed when he lost, something you dont see often is a jump cue,Scott uses it in this match,Efren objected but the ref still allowed it.I just think Efren is getting older,he was out having fun the night before,Scott was in his home room and hungry to win. This dvd features some great one pocket and the people who have received their copies have nothing but good things to say. :)

I will be ordering a copy as soon as i get my new bank card. My bank was having some problems with thieves, lol.

Yes Mark was the promoter and $5000 was put up for both players to take a shot at.The person who got it on film was Carlos Avalos. :)

I'm just curious and it is really none of my business but if Mark and his company put it together and Carlos is the one who filmed it all how come they are not mentioned on the cover? I understand that OTR (Steve) edited the footage but there would have been no footage to edit without Mark and Carlos. BVal

I was just asking considering all that has gone on recently with credit being acknowledged. I have other pool dvds and even regular movies and have never watched the credits. Usually it's not the company who edited the footage who has their name on the cover. By looking at the cover it would seem that OTR put this whole thing together. The only way people would know any different is if they happen to watch the credits. Considering OTR's desire for credit and recognition it just seems a little backwards to me. I would consider buying one but it would depend on the percentage that actually goes to the players and other people responsible for bringing this event to the public. BVal

Brady,
I've never made a dvd or designed a cover before. The footage was handed to us and I went at it. I took the task on and have it for sale now. Everyone is involved has obviously read the thread or has seen lennys banner I made. Just go have your friend burn one for you or buy one, up to you... maybe point me in the direction of a perfesional editing studio and marking company. Then it might have some content on it that u and jude would like to see.

I'm playing a tournament right now and my eyes hurt looking at this screen

If u guys or anyone have any other questions just pm me or shoot me an email at. Sghofstetter@gmail.com

Regards
