Hahaha! I kid...the intention of my prior input was to illustrate the facts:

The website can be accessed through proxy, hiding a user's true IP.

Even if proxy not used, multiple households are often routed by their provider using the same address, therefore unaffected folks would likely be affected in a case where a shared IP was banned.

Nevermind KentW posting from his summer home...he effectively stated that he has other accounts that have already been activated.
