watched the first youtube video for reference to the bridge.. but i just noticed he tapped the 11 ball after using it lol. nice tips :D

edit: never seen that second bridge before.. looks interesting since you can elevate so high, but the design is kindof weird. i usually prefer a simple bridge or the moosehead but I don't use the bridge that often and never used one to jump before.

I have a Justa Pro, and have two complaints about it:

1. The felt lining is too thick - shafts fit too snugly (or not at all) into the grooves.
2. It's too big and awkward to fit easily into a case's pocket.

The Hager looks like it won't adjust easily enough to different heights.

I own a Just-A-Bridge and when I take the time to get it out it is great. You can't beat the flexibility. I have a video I downloaded from the BCA website similar to your second one that shows Jack Kellerman demoing the bridge in use. It was after that video that I bought the bridge.

My only complaint is it is a little bulky to carry in your case. With the George case I use it works fine. With my Justis case it fits but pushes the pocket out. With my new GTF case it works fine in the long pouch and doesn't push on the pocket too much. With my Instroke case it fits but pushes the pocket out too much. So if you have the room to carry I HIGHLY recommend picking one of these up.
 
Is it legal to use a bridge with a jump cue. I would imagine it is, but I've never saw anyone use it. Maybe it will work for me. I am short and have short fingers. BUT I have a big nose, big feet, and large ears, if ears are a sign of other larger than normal body parts. Johnnyt

Thanks for the replies..I'm thinking that I'll just make my own thing using a foam.

I'm just looking for a bridge that would support a jump cue.:smile:

My friend used 2 bridges and put one on top of the other and used it for the jump cue. But after reading some rules, I found that it is illegal. You are only allowed 1 bridge to use.

Just how big is this bridge? Maybe you can sand the felt lining to fit the shaft.:smile:

The felt is actually removable by removing the small screws that hold the 2 sides together. At one time you were supposed to be able to buy replacement felt as needed. I actually removed my felt and dyed it a different color.

Also while tight the more you use the bridge the felt does conform more to your shaft. Once again the video on the BCA website went into more detail about the bridge. Unfortunately it is no longer there.
