Places to play near Myrtle beach.........

Hey all. I'm taking the family to North Myrtle beach the first week of
August. Just wondering if anyone knows a good place to play. I'd love
to meet any AZ'ers out there, but not for much action. Sorry. I'm gonna
have my brother in law with me, and he likes to shoot too. He's just a bit
piss poorer than I am.:thumbup: Any who........ I'd like to play some in the
evening since hitting out of rough, and sand will be on the agenda for the
day. Thanks all, Dom.
 
The Doghouse and Smokehouse Billiards.

Doghouse for heavy bartable and drinks. Smokehouse for big table and bartable.

Thanks Craw! The Smokehouse at least one night for sure. You anwhere
near there? Any chance you'll be in the neighborhood? I'd love to shoot
the crap, (and talk a little too) and suck a couple down. I like the big
tables myself, so, any other spots?
 
Every bar in Myrtle Beach has one or two bar tables, but Smokehouse is one of the few places I found down there with 9 footers.

I`ll be in North Myrtle Beach with the family on vacation July 25 - Aug 1.
Will probably hit Smokehouse a couple of times myself. If any AZ members are around & would like to drink a few beers, shoot some pool, shoot some bull, & drink a few more beers let me know through a Pm & we can work something out I`m sure.

Hey shamadam, North Myrtle is where I'm at, unfortunately there are no poolhalls in N.Myrtle Beach anymore. I, like the others above, go to Smokehouse, with traffic, 20 minutes off of 31. In Conway, which is a little further is a great poolhall called Breakroom. With the kids, is a great place called O.D. Lounge off of Main St.and 3rd ave, right on ocean Blvd in N.M.B. (separate bar,arcade games,ocean view,kid friendly, till 10ish) They have 6/7 Valley barbox tables. The Doghouse has $10 8/9ball tourny's all week( Valley barbox) and is in Restaurant Row. Dude, I'm still making stories. At 42, I feel 102. Oh, and two beers won't make me travel three hours. Hell, I'll buy. We'll start with a case. I will honestly try and make it down. I have a friend, Rodney Strickland, that I haven't seen in a while. Plus, there's a couple of guys down there I'd like to stick it in.
 
Is Rodney living in Myrtle Beach now? I haven't seen him in a few years. Please tell him I said Hi. He was a regular on the old Fury tour a few years ago when I was the TD.

Craw, I'd love it too. I know Jeffs gonna be there the week before I am,
but If for some reason you cant make it down that week, please come on
down that first week in August. Brian (Bnall) is going to be down that week
too. AZ night at the Smokehouse! Jeff, why dont you delay your return by
a day or two. That would be sweet!

Yeah, he's working there. He used to work with me, when I owned the carpet store here. We actually went to college together.
 
Not exactly in Myrtle Beach, but in the surrounding area is Grady Matthews Room called Grady's Place in Lexington, SC. If you have the time for the drive out there. You can't beat hooking up with Grady for some lessons, a few games and his stories.
