Here is my latest update on Shaft Freeze. It will keep your shaft slick and keep it from oxidation and will promote non movement. Sealed or unsealed a shaft gets dirty from the nature of our sport. With Shaft Freeze the dirt and chalk does not penetrate the grain of the wood and will look new. The chalk color can be removed effortlessly. The slick feel is a matter of a few swipes. MY shaft is still looking new and is several months old, at least two. I do not play every day but play occasionally and use my shaft to demonstrate my new SPT Shaft with customers in my shop. The maintenance kit will be available soon for the shaft Freeze. It will keep your shaft looking and feeling great. My maintenance kit will be available on my web site at

I know you've been working on this for a while and it sounds excellent.

Allow me to ask a few questions.


How much will a kit run?

Is it idiot proof application?

How many applications per kit?

Will this mean I don't need to wash my hands or use talc as often?

Mike, do you have some testimonials we can read?

Hi Mike,

I have a new playing cue heading my way soon, can I buy the Shaft Freeze from you and put it on myself. Or, do you do the installation of it?

Also, when I go to your website, both here at home and at work, I cannot get the page to load. I get a pop up window that says "Mission Aborted".

Anyone else get that, or am I just lucky??

I use Shaft Freeze on every shaft I build. If I make it it has been coated with Shaft Freeze. Same price.
