You have some very irate case customers in your new case thread. I believe you should address them instead of ignoring people who have already sent you money. You can not come here and sell to others while their situation remains unresolved.
Well considerng that I just called bencho and he didn't answer I think u should do some background to as what your talking about. I know how to treat people I just can't babysit everyone. Everyone has my number and email address and noone has emailed or called me to be irrate in any way if they have any complaints I am here to answer them but they have to contact me. I can't check in on everyone everytime I get a few min to post a friends thing on az. Unless you plan on doing any buisness with me or against me then call and talk to me and ill at least tell u what's going on as far as cases and wait times.

LOL, you respond to me in a matter of minutes, but have ignored those who have paid you money for air. My dealings with you will be public until and if you ever deliver the cases you have been paid for, instead of asking for more deposits on unfinished cases. These members deserve your attention, not me. Now get your sorry ass to your case thread and respond to those who have asked for an accounting for your actions.
If u can read then u would know that I have. U assume the worst so I have no need to win u over. Also unless your the father of a minor that ordered a case then legally I have no right to tell u the status of anyones order. Please refrain from posting on any of my threads until u know who I have talked to and who I haven't. Get yer facts straight and I have no problem with u and your posts or constructive criticism. If u try and rag on me then first ask me what's going on.
I am glad you took my advice and finally posted in your thread you have been ignoring. I read between the lines and see that you want to play the victim instead of manning up and taking responsibility for your actions. Everyone here reads your customer's disdain for your business practices. I see you blame Troy for not delivering his case for 7 months now, and blame others who backed out after you missed delivery dates and failed to make good on your promises.
I don't need to ask you what is going on when you continually make excuses and don't deliver, it is apparent that you could care less after you get their money. That is a huge red flag, and don't make the mistake that I am the only one who has taken notice.
You can easily remove all heat from your backside by turning over a new leaf and publicly stay in constant contact with those who you have continually publicly ignored. If you do that you will be well on your way to success. I wish you well, and will be watching.
