Anyone have one, talked to Jerry and he said the Tropicana and Excalibur are right across from the MGM and are cheaper but maybe those who are going would be able to get a discount code. :smile:

The Hooters Hotel is right across the street. Before it was converted to that hotel they use to offer some great deals. It use to be named the San Remo and they had online deals better than anywhere on the strip.

Booked at Tropicana $259.60 for 4 nights Weds-Sat

Chose them because they have a covered pedestrian walkway over Tropicana Avenue directly into MGM just in case it is raining or really cold. That way you don't have to drag a coat around the whole time you're in the MGM

Saw the Tropicana and saw prices at about $200 for 4 days online, I saw Hooters at about $180 and Excalibur about the same. :smile:

For those on a budget, there is a Motel 6 across the street on Tropicana. It's a short walk as distances in Las Vegas go. Probably under $40/night.
