Looking for info here on this site

A couple of weeks ago a friend mentioned to me that he had found some instructions and diagrams on making two and three rail kicks on this site.
Not knowing any better, I figured I would just come to this site and would be able to find them without a problem. I was wrong,I didn't realize how large this site was and how much info was here. Could anyone direct me to this info if it is still here? I don't have a great deal of time to make use of a computer and could use some help. I know it was here it's just finding it that's the problem.

There was a well regarded post by a member "deadaim" called the kicking acadamy but I don't know if you can still find it on here.

Blackjack may have access to it, I'm guessing.
