I'm sure he has it on eBay to reach a wider potential of customers. Believe it or not, most cuemakers will tell you that AZ'ers, in general, do not buy a lot of cues. It's a pretty low selling percentage compared to the bay for instance. As an example, most of the high volume sales probably come from league players.. and how many league players do you know that own custom made cues? Pretty low number relatively speaking I'm sure.

what a great cue - i really like the recut points and the wooden ringwork very much! and the cocobolo is looking very nice too!

btw. you should replace "elephant ivory" in that offer. otherwise ebay will erase it, when they discover it.
