Just getting back from Big Easy tourney !

Well...was a long weekend..none of my horses did any good in the tourney...Gary Abood & Jamie Farrell lost out before the final 16 so those picks went south...I still had Westley Barnes in the final 16 of winners bracket but he went 2 and out today ...when i left to go bet on Jamie Farrell trying to give David Parker 10-7 in 1 pocket...Scotty was playing Trey Baker for the finals & had to beat him twice...Lil D wound up 3rd.

I make it to the corner pocket where I was going in with Jamie where he was trying to give David Parker 10-7.,...That game was a joke...David stole the money...kinda nitted us but oh well..that's pool...My players in my stable got more gamble then sense....I wish I had a GOOD player that begged for weight & wouldn't play unless he got exactly what he wants..my problem is my players get impatient & want to play so bad they get in bad games...Jamie was hot as a fire cracker...He got beat 5 games in a row giving 10-7 with a ball count of 35 to 14 in Parkers favor & asked to adjust to 9-7 even tho he was getting beat even on ball counts..David says..I don't like that game but i'll play 1 game like that and if i lose i quit,,,never the less that made Jamie even hotter swearing he would quit pool instead of having to fade nit moves like that...lol..I like David..he seems like a likeable guy but he was holding on to that Thousand dollars like he was late on child support & the D A was gonna throw him in jail if he didn't pay...lol..But that's how pool goes sometimes.

It was nice meeting Ray...AKA bigtruck...Rob lee & crew & they even talked me into commentating 1 match on live stream...had a few games over the weekend...when i left lil john was down a few sets to westley barnes for $300 a set giving up 2 games to 9..Mike Black got a lil of his money back from a local player..he lost a few sets giving the guy 7 & breaks yesterday on the B B they adjusted to 8 & breaks today & Mike won a lil back....

All in all even tho I blow bout $1800 for the whole weekend not booking 1 winner...it was fun...just hope casey pushes 2nd calcutta next time to noon..that 10am for sunday can be a lil rough...it finished early enough i think he will for the next 1 which looks like it will be around mardi gras sometime...Nice meeting everybody including Juice & David a texas crew...i know next time i'll be betting the other way.

i enjoyed watching streams they did a really good job i thought. robley played well i though lots of tough players you did a heck of a good job commentating you should consider helping out more often you may have a future in that sorry about your lack of luck on your action the pool gods can be brutile tre* played well beat a tough player Scotty T in finals have a good one Houmatroy take it easy Donnie:sorry::smile:

Well...like i said also...Just cuz my player makes the game dont mean i'm pushing all in...i lost $800 altogether betting on tourney matches alone...two $200 dollar bets & one $400 dollar bet on the rock game with Scotty & Trey..I had Scotty giving up 2 games & meanwhile Trey beats him outright 7-1...tell me i can pick em...i was down $400 & tried to double up on the Scotty match..the other thousand was calcutta & your match with Jamie...I just wish ida booked 1 small winner just not to feel like i can't play pool,spell pool or pick pool matches.

I had a decent record years ago..but i took a few years off & concentrated on my trucking company..then been taking a look at it again here & there and am embarrassed of my winning percentage lately.:shrug:
