There is a pretty good tourney starting in a few minutes here in Bangkok. The room has free internet, so I can post.

The top Thai pool players are here, 4 AZ'ers are here (thaitom, sugeknight, Monto P2, and myself)

2 of the top French players are here as well: Vincent Facquet and Yannick Beaufils.

I haven't seen my opponent yet, but I drew number 13. Should be fun.

I won't be able to post pics until Tuesday.

No streaming from here.

I drew Vincent Facquet first round and beat him 7 - 6. He was not playing to his potential, and I had some rolls.

Monto won his match 7 - 0.

Yannick played great against me. I had about 5 open shots and I got out 3 times. Final score: 7 - 3, Yannick.

Now Yannick is playing Monto in the quarter finals of the winner's bracket.

Sugeknight and thaitom are both out.

Monto has taken some great pics. Hopefully he will post them soon.

The Thais play pretty good.

Darren Appleton came here a couple months after he won the world 10-ball tourney. He got 3rd in a local tournament. Thais got 1st & 2nd.

Right now the best Farang is Yannick Beaufils. He was a top IPT player. He just beat me 7 - 3.

I think I will have to play Vincent Facquet again in the loser's bracket. I've had a tough draw.
 
Vincent Facquet beat me 5 - 3 in the loser's bracket so now I'm out. Monto is still in, and playing good.

I can't complain, I got beat by two of the best players in the world.

Tomorrow, Tokyo and Chicago. Wednesday I'll see ibuycues in K.C. Thursday I'll see SKCustomcues in Tulsa. FtgOkie should be there, and maybe 420? I went through a divorce, maybe we can talk?

Last night in Bangkok, time for real fun.

I like the pic at the end of my break. That is my ivory pointed SW with ivory ferrules.

I break so hard with it that the wrap ends up in my bridge hand.
