Action Cue Question

Ok I know this may be in the wrong sub forum. But I've been having to many issues getting this cue fixed and I wanna go right to the source. About 7 months ago I bought a cue from a place (not going to mention names), and a couple games later the cue butt was warped. I was right there so I brought it back to the front they said they would send it back to get repaired (LMAO yeah ok) 4 months after that still didn't hear anything so I asked if they ever got it back. Took them a few minutes to find it but when they did, now the shaft was warped to hell. That was 3 months ago, this place has claimed they have sent it back to them, I don't think they did but hey. Anyways, does anyone know where I can get in contact with Action itself so I don't have to deal with them saying they are sending it back?
 
I believe Action cues are an offshoot of Cuetec. If your not dealing with Pooldawg I would contact them. As for the cue itself, I think it would be less expensive to replace it instead of trying to fix it.

If I'm wrong guys, please correct me.
 
demand the place that sold it to you refund your money or give you another cue. they took responsibility for it when they took it back the first time.
 
Thats what $50 will get ya, lol. Seriously though, thats the problem with those super cheap chinese made cues. For a few bucks more, you could have bought a good cue with a proven warranty, like McDermott, Viking, Joss, Schmelke, etc. You might as well cut your losses and get a good cue now that you know what a junk one feels like. Just my honest opinion.

Dan...Action cues are made in China for CueStix, the wholesaler out of CO (their internet store is www.pooldawg.com). They have nothing to do with Cuetec cues, other than they sell some models in their catalog...just like they do many other brand name cues. Action is their low-end line of cues, made specifically for them.

CueStix has always warranteed any Action cues that I purchased, so I don't know why the OP would have a problem. Contact them directly at: www.cuestix.com
