My "9 in 09" lineup...

So 2009 was a pretty decent year for cues for me... Some have been ordered for years, others just "showed up" when the opportunity arose..

I have 8 of the 9 cues, but have let a friend borrow one of my Sugartree cues until his arrive (bocote forearm/buttsleeve, bem handle). And to be honest, I never thought I'd get sad over a cue not being here... it's like someone is borrowing my wife... even though I've got a whole bunch of girlfriends here. LOL

Anyways, here they are. I've enjoyed playing with all of them and can't pick which one will get more play than the others! I've also included my favorite case, which is where some of these will sleep... 11x22 OnQ dealer case.

All but one of these cues came directly from the cuemaker. I have to say that I've built a lot of friendships with cuemakers and the journey is every bit as enjoyable as the actual cue. I'm grateful to each of the cuemakers I've been able to work with over the past year for these cues, and am looking forward to a few more from some of them as well. (I just noticed I didn't turn the Tucker BEM cue to the grain side... dammit - cause it's amazing)

Can you give a rundown of all the cue makers? sorry I at least don't recognize all the logos. Sweet looking sticks though.. Looks alone, my favorite is the 2nd from the right.. Wow those points are long. Thanks for posting
 
Looks to me like it's been a good year. :thumbup: Love figure in that Bocote on those last couple pics

That Searing of mine looks like it's 10 years old.. it's seen more action than most see in a lifetime! :cool:

Great year in all fact, Ross! Super bunch of cues. The bocote in that ST is insane, and the PH is great, too. Of course your Zinzola turned out beautifully (think we got in just in time with Tony).
The Haley is just beyond...

Somebody has been making some BIG moves!!! Your collection has become REALLY impressive!

Congrats again! Especially on that Haley. That design came out truly awesome! Really classy looking!
 
I have to agree with everyone here. What an impressive year for cues you had! They are all very beautiful. The Haley is sick! The Zinzola catches my eye. I am sure the Sugartrees are better in person than the pictures. Mike Webb is a great guy. He is always very helpful.

It is also very refreshing to hear you built some great relationships over the past year with each cuemaker.
