I went to Menards and bought 1x2x48 oak boards. Cut them down in size and loose bolted them together. I have about 6 of them for different color wraps. When you starch and press the cue the linnen color will blead onto the press boards. If you just did a black, then want to do a white, you don't want the previous black bleeding onto the white wrap. Works great for me anyway.

Check out this link. http://www.cuestik.com/store/product.asp?DEPARTMENT_ID=162&ITEM_ID=5913

Atlas sells the two most popular presses. The oak board if you don't know what you are doing will damaged the clear coat on the cue. I do burnish with the board though. You will notice that the Unique press has notches cut into it for this purpose.

Try Porper, cuesmith or Brianna. They all sell one with delrin rollers that work the best for me. I used to use the wood type but the rollers are much easier to get a good result with.

I use oak boards as well.

Old school, cheap and it works as well, or better, than the fancy rollers...

I have always used a Porper and it works very nicely but I'm sure there are other good presses too. After pressing I "polish" with the oak board press and starch. Makes it smoothe and shiny.
