HERE'S A CHANCE AT A RARE 6 POINT BLACK BOAR CUE. FROM THE INFORMATION I HAVE, THERE ARE LESS THAN 100 SIX POINT CUES EVER BUILT BY TONY. OUT OF THOSE 100 CUES, 30 ARE IN JUST ONE PRIVATE COLLECTION, MEANING THERE ARE LESS THAN 70 BLACK BOAR SIX POINT CUES IN CIRCULATION. I'M ALSO SURE THAT A LARGE PORTION OF THSE 70 ARE IN COLLECTIONS, AND WON'T BE FOR SALE, ANY TIME SOON.

THIS CUE IS IN PRISTINE CONDITION, AND ALL 3 PIECES ARE STRAIGHT. THE LIZARD WRAP WAS DONE BY TONY IN 2006, AND AT THE SAME TIME HE REFINISHED THE BUTTSLEEVE. GORGEOUS IVORY AND ABALONE INLAYS IN THE POINTS AND BUTT. RINGS AT ALL THE SPOTS, 2 SHAFTS WITH IVORY FERRULES. BOTH SHAFTS ARE @12.5mm WITH SNIPER TIPS. TONY WHEN HE REPLACED THE TIPS, STATED THAT ONE SHAFT IS NOT ORIGINAL, BUT I CAN'T TELL THE DIFFERENCE.

DON'T MISS OUT ON A GREAT CHANCE TO GET A RARE CUE, THAT'S ALSO A PLAYERS WEAPON.

ASKING $OLD SHIPPED AND INSURED

Black boar !!!

That's one of the classiest ''BB''s I have ever seen,,,,

I doubt Tony will ever make another one as he's doing 8 pointers that start in the $15,000 range and up......

Awesome cue Marcus,,,,!!!

These cues are ridiculous. It makes me wish I had $$ falling out of my a@&!! Good luck with your sale!

Hey Marcus,
That must be one of my favorite BB's to date. You know I don't like too fancy and that one is hot!

To minimize ring pop, Tony generally likes to split the rings (like this one) or make them segmented with intricate inlay work.
The BEM in the forearm sure does show up very well in your pictures.
Not many of these out there so should be a great piece for someone to pick up.

Will you trade for a lung?

Man thats sweetttttttt!

Thanks Rvan.

Awesome cue !

Ring pop?

Awesome cue !

RING POP IS A TERM USED TO DESCRIBE A CONDITION ON A CUE WHEN YOU CAN FEEL THE RINGS THROUGH THE FINISH.

THERE IS NONE ON THIS CUE, AND THAT'S POSSIBLY BECAUSE TONY USED THE DIVIDED RINGS TO REDUCE PRESSURE.

HOPE THAT HELPS,

Marcus

AS LONG AS THERE IS NO IVORY CHANGING HANDS, I CAN DO THE ESCROW.

WORK OUT YOUR DEAL, AND SEND ME A PRIVATE MESSAGE WHEN YOU'RE READY TO PROCEED.

Marcus

The identifying difference in the shafts is in the finish and how high up the shaft it travels. Given Tony's attention to detail, I'd venture a guess that all of his shafts have their finish at the same height.

I could tell better with an end-view of the shafts showing the inserts but I'm going to say that the top shaft is Tony's.
Whoever built the other shaft did an excellent job. They got the ring-work about dead-on.

Good Luck with your sale though I doubt you'll need it.

I hate to play the idiot here but did they change their TM? IT USED TO HAVE SOME SORT A HEAD IN IT DIDN'T IT?

Sorry, hit caps and too lazy to re-type.

awesome cue

i play with one of tony's 6-pointers and it is a beast !

someone is gonna get a new "life-time" player :D

great cue at an incredible price ...

I think I like these simpler cues more than the uber-fancy ones from Tony.

But, then I see some of Steve's and say

You are seriously becoming an educated consumer with regard to Black Boars.
Surely a visit to Tony's shop is all the inspiration you needed.
Looking forward to seeing what you are getting.

For a history of the Logo and approximately when they originated...
