First off let me say. Please dont ban me or give me bad feed back. My only hope here is to end this fiasco and get what we all want. Our cases!!! I am in no way affiliated with Chaz and his business. I simply want to help him and all of you. After scrutinizing every post dating back to the begining I have learned alot. So with no further adu.

Chaz assures me that most of the other cases in the first batch of orders (those ordered before and during march) have been cut and tooling and dying has already been started. Hopefully this is true.:rolleyes:


If you dont see your name or you feel your in the wrong spot please dont beat this thread up just pm me and ill get you straitend out. I want to just get a line moving and rolling out the door. I think we have proved that bad managment and arguing just dont go well together. Again, im speaking with Chaz to get your info I am not working for him. I just want to help. Please Please Please dont bash me or this thread. I can only do what I can. It wasnt easy going back and scrutinizing 5 threads with god knows how many posts. I hope you guys see me as trying to help not hurt the situation.

I take no great pleasure in bashing anyone. I certainly wont shoot the messenger. I think we just all want the common respect that he would want.This is helpful information, and could have been useful months ago. Like I and other have said, Chaz is going to have to make amends with his customers if he is going to continue in this business. Some serious promises were made to me and im sure others. But all I want is my case delivered when HE tells me it will be delivered. Thanks for stepping up and trying to help. This is a classy gesture. But please forgive me if I dont get real excited about "shipping soon". I just would like a definative day its gonna ship. I was told by Charles it would be today, no later than Monday. If it isnt shipped by Monday, then just have him add me to the refund list. Good luck, you are taking on a tall order, but much props for standing up in this situation.

I've never commented on this because I am in no way involved, but I
think this post by Fcee06 was very well written.
I am quoting him just as an AZ member that thinks his post shows a lot of class,
and his comments deserve to be respected by Chaz Dillon.
 
I am simple a messenger trying to help, Frank I know you have been through alot with these guys but please give me a chance I promiss I wont give you deadlines I cant. He may tell me monday but im not going to tell you an arrival till I get tracking numbers. AND THIS TIME THEY WONT GET LOST:sorry:

Dean oc is on the list sorry I forgot him originally. I onyl want to help here guys. If you can PM me the date you offically sent money I can try to rectify the ordr cases are coming out in.

WOW! Another thread about the "Case Con-artist":rolleyes:. Just what we need.
My case should ship by Monday, just like last Monday, and the Monday before that, and.......I guess everyone knows by now.:(:angry:

Hopefully we all get our cases someday, but I see no reason to believe that yet.
 
So is what your saying that the order of the names is the order the cases are being completed and shipped?
 
No I will let you guys know whos up next for shipping and in batches but the names are just up there to get a start. Im going to see if Chaz gets out the first batch like he says he will. Sorry for ANOTHER thread guys im just trying to get ALL of us our case's.:cool:

You're doing a fine job trying to help, and somebody had to get their hands around this situation.
I had no idea that so many members were involved.
You definitely deserve an A for effort and should be commended for it.
It takes a lot of heart to do what you are doing.

I know you are the messenger and I thank you for trying help work this situation out, but I feel that chaz is hiding behind you and charles. I know he is saying he has to work on cases so therefore dont have time to field calls and text, but I think we need to hear something from him!! Well at least I do. I think this is more for his benefit than ours. How is it that he is communicating with and through you and he hasnt answered a call or text from me for over a month now. I dont care if he calls or text me at 2am when hes not working on cases. We have to be men especially when we have made a mistake. We man up and face the people and say I have messed up, but I will take care of business from now on. People respect and responde well to that. We dont however responde well to men hiding behind other men. I dont mean to keep going back to the same point, but its the point im trying to make. If you cant tell, its about the principal with me. Im not asking for anything that I didnt pay for. I know what the problem and situation is with Chaz, what bothers us is that he is not giving us these updates, not someone else who has nothing to do with his operation. I mean no offense with that statement, but you have to see where we are coming from on this. Again, thanks for at least trying to do something for Chaz's customers. Just please be clear with him on its tomorrow or a refund please. Thanks again.

Again I am a customer. Not a spokes person for Chaz. If you feel you need a refund tomorrow that is still between you and Chaz. He did say your case would ship with MTD'S.

Thank you guys for the support. It wasnt easy without Chaz's pm's. I wanted to suprise him and be able to approache him with the facts. When I did I expected fear in his voice. However when I mentioned to him I had done this it was more relief then fear i heard in him. It was suprising to me to see exactly how many of us are in this boat.

On to fight the good fight.:rolleyes:
 
I understand that you dont work for Chaz, but Chaz has refused to talk to me or respond to anything I send him. So I figured that since he has chosen to communicate with you, you can pass him the message. Trust me I have voicemailed and texted him and Charles this information. Im sure hes read it too.

I have updated the dates orders were placed.

The updates on shipping are still int he air. I tried calling Chaz last night for you Frank but he didnt anwser. I left him messages and text's letting him know that shipping out today was crucial. I am doing what I can for all of us but I encourage all of you to ALSO keep the pressure on Chaz.

thanks for your Help. I have tried to call and text chaz now for the past few weeks and he doesn't answer or reply.
