Sterling 8x4 rails and felt

Greetings... I have a Sterling 8x4 pool table that is 16 years old and in decent shape. I want to replace the rubber cushions(rails) because when running my hand against the top, they feel like they are buckeling, and of course, some new felt. The table's rails have not been toyed with and the felt was last replaced 14 years ago(felted with Simonis 860). I am going to have a professional do this work. I am looking for a recommendation on what rails to purchase, as well as felt (860 or 860hr). I have to buy the products, and the pro will install them. I have no idea on this sort of thing. My pool table resides in my basement, where the average temp is 64f with low humidity. Generally, my table plays awesome and fast. My disciplines are 8,9, and 10ball. I would also like the pocket size reduced (currently in the ballpark of 4.75 to 5 inches wide - would like 4.25 to 4.5 inches wide) Any thoughts and recommendations are much appreciated! Thanks.

Suggested mechanics-- you should be in good shape either way..I'm sure they wouldn't mind putting.it in writing for you backing up there work if something they did mechanically fails do to poor workmanship on there behalf...

Apparently you got good service from the 860 for 14 years. Seems the obvious choice to use the same cloth again. HR is faster and it's basically 760 so you may not get the same life as the 860. Standard cushions should be fine for your table. Check with the 2 guys Rob mentioned in his post as they are both top shelf mechanics and I doubt there will be any workmanship problems with their work.
