free bump for ya my friend I'd be all over them if I didn't have some pending issues at the moment, for anybody who likes a schon you will absolutely love a Nova, I played with a schon for almost 5 years then I converted over, i have a really nice 4 pointer with ivory diamonds and windows that I absolutely love, question though do your shafts have the piloted wood inserts??? good luck on the sale people dont know what they are missing, and you may also wanna try pming iowa_player he is always trying to buy mine

It would appear that I have been given the shaft to the tune of $450 by Sneakypete76. He offerred a couple of Nova cues for sale a couple of weeks ago. I bought one with the stipulation that he would ship it to me so that I would have it NLT 14 March for SBE. Needless to say, I did not receive the cue.

I have tried to contact him/her via PM and email, but have received no response. I asked for shipping/tracking information, and received no response, even though he/she was logged on after I sent the PM. I asked for the same information via e-mail, and have received no response.

I asked that, if the cue had not/would not be shipped, simply refund my payment. That has not happened, either.

A delay in shipping can sometimes occur, for a variety of reasons, but there is no reason not to respond to inquiries.

The Paypal payment went to an individual identified as Sandy Thompson, if anyone knows that person.

Man I hope you receive the cue or your money back. Keep us updated on this. I hate it when things like this happen. Best of luck to you .
 
I hope this person makes this right.I'm glad now that I didn't pursue one of these cues more than i did.Sorry to hear Joe.I hope things are made right.I'm becoming more of a believer in escrow.It's like you need a trusted 3rd party to secure your transactions.

Picked the wrong guy to goof on, hope you make it right with Bama-he's an all time AZ favorite.
 
try going to pay-pal and dispute the purchase .if seller cannot provide proof of delivery you should be able to get your money back.i have gone this route before and got my money back in around 20 days.good luck i hope you get things straight.

Bob,
the police are the last resort, but I have no qualms about filing/pressing charges in a matter like this, if it should come down to that. I will see what Paypal does, first.
