Router collets

Does anyone know where i can get an 1/8th collet for my router.
The router came with my deluxe. I think its a porter cable.
Any help would be appreciated.

Check lowes or home depot, or any wellstocked hardware store. Check with Precise bits, I think their Ultra-precision collets will work as well.

The Ultra-precision collets will not work with that porter cable trim router..

The laminate trimmer that came with the Hightower Lathe should be the porter cable Model 7310.There is not an upgraded collet and nut setup for that laminate trimmer. Now if my memory serves me correctly Hightower sells an adaptor sleeve that goes from 1/4 to 1/8 inch. Hope this helps.

Give Hightower a call 770-684-7004 he sells an adapter collet that reduces from 1/4 to 1/8th. I have 2 of them and its hard to find one for it otherwise. :smile:
