PERFECT AIM REVIEW AND DISCUSSIONS BY AZers, for AZers

3 Tours in Iraq I can't imagine?

I have had the Perfect Aim DVD now for about a month. Before I get into the review I'll give a little background of my ability before I started with perfect aim.

I have been playing pool pretty seriously for about three and a half years now. I haven't done a lot of league and tournament play due to my tours in Iraq, but even the times I was deployed I still played a good amount. The longest time I went during the last three and a half years without picking up a cue was about 3 weeks to a month maybe. Most of my play has been on valley bar boxes, but there was a few months where I played on nine footers quite a bit. I can run racks of 8 and 9 ball here and there, and my best I have ever done is 3 racks of bar box 8 ball in a row. So I did have somewhat of a foundation before Perfect Aim. That being said I will say first of all that Perfect Aim is NOT for complete beginners. You have to know the basic fundamentals of stance, bridge, grip, and stroke before Perfect Aim will do anything for you. If you have a crooked stroke before Perfect Aim, you're still going to have a crooked stroke, and you're still going to miss. I do think though that if you have a solid repeatable stroke, you can benefit from Perfect Aim.

So after I got the DVD I watched it a couple of times, and I will admit that I found it a little bit difficult to understand. I waited a few days and then I called Gene, and he explained some things to me and it made a little bit more sense. I still didn't quite grasp it, and I didn't see much if any effect on my game.

Let's fast forward to last night now. I am lucky in that I live fairly close to Gene. Since Gene had to stop in my town yesterday he also made a stop at my house. In the lesson he gave me we went through everything that was on the dvd and some things that weren't. With Gene's guidance, and doing everything that was on the dvd I was able to finally grasp what he was trying to teach. When we were finished we played some games of 9 ball, which of course meant I got to watch Gene run a bunch of
balls;). I will admit that I didn't see much difference in those games, but of course I didn't see the table a lot, and I think that in focusing so much on my eyes and head, I might have thrown my stroke off a bit. After he left though I practiced a little more and ran a couple racks of nine ball.

So I have been home for two months now, and when I first cam home I stayed at my dad's house where he has a valley bar box, and I have played in a few tournaments in the past two months and it was all on valley bar boxes. So for the past two months that was all I played on until last week when I moved out, and Ihad a pinnacle eight footer installed last Thursday. So today I practiced some more of what Gene showed me, and did a few drills until I got bored and decided to do a race to 5 with the ghost which I have NEVER won, even on my dad's valley. Well today I am happy to say that I not only beat the ghost, but I beat him 5 to 1 on the first try. So in other words, the first day after I worked with Gene I feel that I am playing better pool.

Now I know it sounds like I didn't get a lot out of the DVD and only improved after workimg with Gene one on one, but I do have some recommendations for people, that if I would have done I believe I would have seen results. You should do everything that Gene does in the DVD. Practice it all, and try out all the little extra things he shows you. Also use all the same props that he uses. I believe that if I would have done these things I would have seen results before working with Gene, and of course as with anything, you have to put the practice time in for it to work.

I will keep posting on here as my game gets better or if it stays the same from here, but as of right now I am enjoying Perfect Aim.

I had the priviledge of working with one of my Perfect Aim review guys in person the other day. I had to go to La Crosse, Wi to check on a truck of mine that was stolen about a year ago. So I called Legend and told him I could stop in last monday and do a check and see how he was doing with his aiming.

I had a great time. Larrys a great guy. It's always special to meet someone that I talk to or meet on AZ but this turned out to be a little extra special. And the table was perfect.

It didn't hit me until I left and was on my way home what this young man had accomplished so far with his young life. As I was driving home I went into a little dream you might say trying to put myself in the position of 3 tours in Iraq. Three different time periods with three different periods of unrest with what's been going on over there. But in all reality there is no way to even coming close to imagining what went on over there and the feeling and emotions one would experience unless you were there. Not to mention your life on the line every single minute of every single day.

Just the thought of staying alive each day. Not knowing what could happen any moment.

It was a real honor to work with Larry and show him what I could. Somehow it seemed like there should be more that I could do compared to what these young men like Larry have done and are doing for us.

Just wanted to give a little praise and say thanks. And not only to Larry but to all the young men and women that have or are right now putting their lives on the line everyday for all of us and all the scrifices they have made.

And everyone look out. This guy shoots pretty good. Has a great passion for the game which I saw first hand.

When you meet Larry in a tournament you better have your game face on right from the start because if you don't it might be over before you get started.

The pleasure was all mine......... Geno.............

Thanks perfect aim guys on your help..........

there have been a dozen azers chosen by perfect aim to study and review the perfect aim video. Each one of these players has recieved the video and will study it and work at it and share their findings on this thread.

The hardest thing with anything is to learn it from a book or a video. I have learned this with the perfect aim video first hand.:scratchhead:

The good news is i have come up with one of the most innovative ways to teach perfect aim that has made my personal one on one lessons a piece of cake for the student to understand.:idea2:

This will be kind of an experiment to see how well these 12 azer's learn this with the new learning technique. Plus it is a way for me to give something back to some azers firsthand.:yeah:

Also i would like to say that anyone that has bought the perfect aim video can call me and i will share this new method with you.:clapping:
715-563-8712

my goal is to make sure that everyone that wants to learn perfect aim understands it, because if they do they love what it does for their game...

Have a great day everyone and i hope we have some fun with this.

Thanks azers geno...:yes::idea::thumbup2::cool:

hi there guys,

just want to say thanks for all the help. Each and everyone of you have been a treat to work with. So far i have learned alot of valuable information.

I have learned right along with all of you and it has resulted in not only better ways of teaching but the new techniques to make it easier than ever have passed the test.

With these new methods i have found that it is more effective to run a person through the perfect aim lesson over the phone with our special balls. The ones i did this with were the most successful immediately and had a greater understanding right away. Therefor reaping the benefits of perfect aim the quickest.

The secret here was the special balls. It made it so much easier to explain things that sometimes even in a personal lesson might take an hour.

Then the other part i learned was how to show a player how to aim right eye dominent and left eye dominent so that the player can make a choice as to which one looks better. Many players will pass all conventional eye dominance tests right or left eye dominent and when they get down they are just the opposite. You need to know to really get a handle on this aiming thing. You guys know now how important it is.

Try telling derek jeter that he might be better off batting left handed. He probably will tell you where to go. That's how dumb it is to be shooting as if we are right eyed on a pool shot when we are left eyed. You cannot change your dominent eye. Your stuck with it for life. But it's so important to know this otherwise it's all just a crap shoot. Many shots a player can naturally get there but the ones that don't look quite right is all about the eyes. The key here is look. That's what we do with the eyes. Not your stance. Or stroke. It doesn't look right. Again the eyes are what we look with. Eyes and look.

Got it.

Sorry i got carried away. I get tired of people trying to say that's not right.

The results from this review have created a new, never before done traning method. The training is done all over the phone. I have done about 33 of these so far and with great success. That's like 100%.

I'm also doing a special called

better than a money back guarantee. That's right.

They get the personal lesson over the phone needing to spend only a few dollars for props.

They pay nothing upfront. After they understand how perfect aim works they will then have the choice of purchasing the video. This way they have the personal lesson and the video will be backup to the lesson. They can review in a few months what they might forget.

The nice thing is they have learned the most amazing aiming discovery in the world of pool. If they think that it is the most amazing thing they have ever seen since they've been playing pool, ONLY then DO THEY pay for it by purchasing the video online AT WWW.PERFECTAIMBILLIARDS.COM.

And they have only spent 80.00. 70.00 plus 10.00 shipping handling.

And this is what makes it better than a money back guarantee. If your not happy with what you learned you don't have to go through the hassles of trying to get your money back.

It don't get any better than that.

Plus, if there is someone that knows they can't afford to do it. Don't worry about the money part. You can still do it and you can just buy the video when you can afford it. There's no rush. Plus if you really know how to aim you might just make some money at least until everyone sees how much you've improved.

And sure, i know there will be a few that will do this with no intensions of paying at all but i'll tell you what, there are an awful lot of good honest people in this here pool world. So overall i think the results will be great for everyone.

But there is a rush on learning perfect aim.

If i told you that you could cut your misses in half by next week. What would that be worth. Exactly.

I'm doing a test just like i did here in the minnesota area. Putting a full page add in the chalk talk. One of the best little magazines there. And trying this out for a month or 2.

I don't think you can beat a deal like this.

I got one player trained already to help. Who knows i might need more. Time will tell timing is perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks again guys for your help to make this work.

Call if you have any question

i have another no 715-254-6964 magic jack
and still have the other 715-563-8712

subscribing to thread

came across this thread while shopping around for instructional DVD's.

have to say, sounds very interesting from all of the testimonials submitted thus far.

til then, still looking around. -marlo

I gotta say...it works! It took a little time to figure out...but worthwile in the end. I'm making more shots with this method. Believe me I'm a hard sell.....the phone call with explanation is what got me understanding what it's all about.....then practice until it becomes second nature.....(still working on this part).

You don' t know how much you helped.

now you know what i was working on. Being able to give this lesson from a phone call successfully.

This is going to blow this thing wide open plus with the new offer we're working on it's going to be a real winner.

Better than a money back guarantee. This to my knowlegde has ever been done.

Without your help and the other guys this would have not been possible.

Only advertised it slightly for a few days and got i think about 60 or 70 phone lessons set up. Unbelievable.....

They don't pay any money unless they think it is the best thing they have ever seen since they've been playing pool.

The way they pay is by buying the video later and then they are getting even more great information. But there is no obligation. Kind of on your honor if you like what you learned.

It's a win, win situation. They learn something that's just amazing and i get to do what i love to do, teach perfect aim to everyone.

Java2 what do think about an offer like this?

Thanks again geno.............

First of all I would like to thank Gene for sending me perfect aim and taking time on the phone to explain it to me. The concept of dominant eye position is an important concept to understand. I am sharing perfect aim with my students in my after school program.

For those of you who do not know of Gene he is not called Genomachino for nothing. As a player Gene is a machine, not all instructors can make that claim. Gene teaches the game, but oh yeah Gene can play....

Thanks again Gene. I look forward to speaking with you again.

Best wishes,
Marcus

Marcus I know you have a youth program going, are the kids getting anything out of the DVD, or is it DEEP, not BASIC Material?

Perfect Aim has my full endorsement.

Geno, I commend you in the highest way!

Stan Shuffett

I was glad to see you post this Stan

Ive often wanted to mention your name when people were questioning if perfect aim was real, but wouldnt do so until you came out on your own.

Woody from Terre Haute :D

Stan Shuffett a legend before his time.

perfect aim has my full endorsement.

Geno, i commend you in the highest way!

Stan shuffett

For those of that don't know stan shuffet you should. In all my travels around the country I have never met a more knowledgeable person in the world of pool. Some people are better at figuring things out than others. If you can't figure out what's wrong how can you fix it.

Stan is one of these gifted people and it sure is evident when his son shows up and shows his stuff at his young age.

Every place I went I kept hearing this name. I had been out of pool for about 8 years. Who was stan shuffet.

One day I got an order for perfect aim and the person said his name was Stan Shuffet. I thought to myself could this be the same guy I had heard so much about. Sure enough.

After talking to stan I knew the vast knowledge that he owned. Everything I mentioned he understood exactly. It was one of the most exciting intelligent conversations i have ever had regarding pool.

I too like stan had studied cte and pro one. I had never heard about either one until I was in Phoenix last July OF 2009 promoting perfect aim.

I studied them both and cannot wait until the day i can meet Stan in person. I too like Stan am always trying to learn not only for my own game but so i can pass the knowledge on to everyone i teach.

We both play pretty good and both have a son to teach all these great things to.

As stan said in our conversation players are kind of not ready for pro one or perfect aim. Maybe 5 or 10 years down the road maybe. They just don't seem to grasp the idea that there is a silver bullet that can help your game so much. Soon they will have to listen if they want to keep up with the competition. To many players are learning pro 1 and perfect aim and their games are improving at an unbelievable fast pace.

Perfect aim and pro one are so simular yet so different. But the result is exactly the same. They both show you how to get the eyes in the proper position. Just like a gun there is only one spot to have the eye that's shooting the shot.

Pro one gets you there so you see the shot correctly and so does perfect aim.

Well, if you want to play pool to the top of your ability I suggest you get the pro 1 lesson from Stan.

And I know now that Stan feels the same way about perfect aim.

If someday I can have my name on the tip of everyones tongue when they talk about teachers as is with Stan Shuffet then I will have accomplished something pretty special.

A legend before his time.

Thanks geno...

Geno, You're way too kind. I do appreciate the nice comments, though.

I'm really looking forward to spending some time with you and sharing notes. Be sure and visit when you pass through Kentucky.

PRO ONE and Perfect Aim do compliment each other very well. PRO ONE, at least for this player, occurs during the ball address and partially thru the guide-down.....then Perfect Aim has its role. The eyes lead the head into perfect position. I will never aim any other way!

**Obviously, I take a big backseat to Geno in understanding all about Perfect Aim. I have accomplished the task of learning Perfect Aim for myself. Assisting others is another story. Geno has assisted 100s of students and is certainly the expert on this matter.

Geno has spent a couple of decades studying perception and aiming. I am very pleased that I have discovered what he is so excited about.

hi there cowboy,

that's the shortest message i ever saw you compose.

I'll take that as a compliment.

Have a great week geno.................

Sounds like you are offering better something for nothing almost, if you don't like it return it, if you do pay for it???

Better than a money back guarantee!!!!!!!!!!!!

sounds like you are offering better something for nothing almost, if you don't like it return it, if you do pay for it???

that's right,

the problem is that when you buy something on a money back guarantee you have to return it and then you have to try and get your money back.

What a hassle that can be.

I've done at least 30 to 40 of these phone lessons already and everyone understands how it works and they love what it's doing for their pool game.

With the new techniques i use now to teach it is so easy to understand.

I gave the lesson to my mother on the kitchen table today. She never shot pool in her life and she understands it.

It's easy to understand once you see how it works with your own eyes. Seeing is believing.

I did a phone lesson with an azer from romania today. He bought the video 2 months ago and had trouble understanding it. When he saw the perfect aim review on az and saw how well it was working for all the testers he said he was angry because he didn't learn the technique right obviously

well 30 minutes on the phone took care of that. We'll be hearing from him on az in a few days for sure and i'm sure the results will be very positive. He knew after 10 minutes pretty much why it wasn't working for him.

Another young man called about the better than money back guarantee but said he'd love to do it but he couldn't afford the 80.00 right now because he said from everything he read he was sure it would work for him.

I told him this is the other nice part about this. Your on your honor as for as buying the video for payment. If your short on money there is no rush to buy the video. Learn this as soon as you can and pay when you can.i don't care if it takes 6 months. Learn this right now and improve your game right now. It might even help you make a buck or 2.

But only if you think it is the best thing that you have ever seen since you've been playing pool. Only then will you order the video for payment plus there are some other sweet things in the video that will also help your pool game.

It's a win win situation.

Right now i'm running a full page ad in the chalk talk in minnesota. I am encouraging everyone to call for the personal lesson when they want to order the video.

This way everyone learns the technique of perfect aim right away instead of trying to figure it out by themselves.

I think i said enough cowboy. But you got it right.

better than a money back guarantee

Hope to have a perfect aim booth there........

i have to admit i 'was' skeptical, but besides your persistence, you have support from some folks i can't help but believe, so when you get to vegas, i hope we can hook up for a lesson

hi there smokey,

there will be a perfect aim booth at the bca, vnea, and acs tournys in vegas this may and june.

Just had surgery on my shoulder. Had 2 tears in the bicep where it attached in the shoulder and had to reattach pretty much all the ligaments. Doc asked me how i played like that, i told him it might have been an advantage. He didn't think so. 10 weeks in a sling and then who knows from there. Time line from the doc was 4 months to full recovery.

I fell off a porch 16 months ago. I've been playing like this since i started playing again. About 16 months ago. It will be nice to see what i can do once this heals us. I can't hardly wait.

The good news is i am really going to concentrate on teaching. Everyone needs to know how to do this.

I think i remember you from the poolhall.

Thanks for your comments geno..........

<<=== the young man

i will be able to get some table time in tomorrow between 3pm and 7pm (pacific time)

Geno, if you are somehow available and feeling in good health around that time,
I would like to take you up on your kind offer.

Please pm me to confirm and let me know what I need to brinng to the tables with me. (Other than an open mind )

kind regards, -marlo

Gene, what you are offering to do is incredible, and speaks volumes about who you are. From anyone else I would say it surprises me, but not from you. I could tell after talking to you in Indy that you, like everyone else in life, enjoyed selling your product. But you enjoyed helping people improve their games even more! To me, that is the one important part of being a great instructor.

Well done Geno!
