What's the biggest package you've ever run?

5 in 9 Ball. 3 in 8 ball. But my best was 3 full racks of 15 ball on a bar table.

Working in the US Postal Service, the heaviest "package" is 70 pounds. I don't remember running but I did carry one. ;)
 
In competition all on 9ft table:

8-Ball: 5
9-Ball: 4
10-Ball:3
14-1: 69
 
A five pack of sorts...
Rack 1 - break & run
Rack 2 - 9 on the break (bottom corner pocket)
Rack 3 - 9 on the break (side pocket)
Rack 4 - 9 on the break (top corner pocket)
Rack 5 - break & run

PACKAGE: 9 in a row.
DATE: I can't remember exactly which year but it was probably about 7 years ago.
VENUE: Playing the Ghost.
This was under some very humid conditions too, I might add. It had been raining for a couple of hours and the tables had obsorbed much of the moisture from the outside rain. If it hadn't been for my glove I don't think I could have even gotten the cue through my hands even with powder. I can also add that the nine shots were not gimmee shots either. Some of them were really tough ones. Boy, was the Ghost ever pissed! I came out of the gate so strong he quit.

I strung together a 9 pack while in action on a Gold Crown III playing 9 ball all with no banks or combos.

14.1 ran over 100, 3 times. high run 119 in practice, 80 in game !

wow. never realized how bad i suck. if you're counting 9 off the snap i've done packages. maybe 3-4 games in a row. but usually at some point i'll miss or drop a safety. i've won 12 or 13 games in a row without missing a shot or my target safe but never ran a whole bunch of racks.
 
I just remembered. I'm at the age, I forget things. I ran five racks for $400 a rack and I broke the guy. Who knowns how many more I might have run. At those stakes, I was affraid to miss.
 
i have ran 4 playing 9ball 2 times, My break suck's bryond belief, If I had a decent break I probably could have ran a 8 pack probably once in my life and a few 7's. But with my break 4 is a miricle-even 2 is good. If I had a break 3's and 4's would come often.


In 10 ball I dont know I never paid attention.

in 14.1 8 balls is my best off a break I set up. Just fireing in balls 37 when i throw 15 on the table and just start off with BIH, perhaps more I usually dont count or do this except unless I'm warming up to play someone.


Banks 6 but I play short rack, I dount I could pass that playing full rack, i have alot to learn in banks, i only played it for about 2 years on/off.

12 balls playing one pocket in a game, the rack was not open. I was playing JCIN he saw it, I almost ran 15 the balls were open and I missed the 9th ball, I didnt realize I had a shot at 15, until I missed the 9th ball-I took my eye off it and missed, GRRRRR I want to run 15 this year.


nothing great but its been alot of fun, and I'm sure I will be breaking those records,

WOW thats strong, I knew you play a lot stronger than me, I had no idea you play that strong, thats GREAT!!!!


EDIT: I'll 3 on the wire going to 8 for dinner sometime, it can be McDonalds or Mortons Steak House. :D, But We cant bet more than that, My heart couldnt take the stress. Or one pocket 10-6(I'm alot weaker at 1P) race to 5 for dinner, same resteraunts. Or we could just skip playing pool and just go eat!!!!

12 balls is pretty stout Fatboy. Have you ever tried playing the 1p ghost to see what your avg is? Is very humbling to see how few you avg. A good gaff bet is to take the avg player who doesnt know the 1p ghost game and let them try it out some say avg 6. Then 5. Then 4. Most fall on their faces.

In the Cliff v Gabe action thread they said that Cliff robbed the 1p ghost in Atlanta going to 9 in races to 7. Strong!
