Sure is a pleasure to deal with. I am having a case made (with my name on it - my second JB case) and ordering two justis interiors. I really do like his cases - they really are built well for people who have cues that they want to keep in pristine condition. Highly recommend him.

Right on Chris. John is the best. He's just so busy nowadays, that
it takes him a bit to get back to you. You just have to be a bit
patient. Quick story, I was leaving the bar a few weeks back, after
league and was shooting the crap outside with a few teamates
before taking off. Out of the blue, I said watch this, and proceeded
to flip open my Justis case, turn it upside down, and shook the living
hell out of it. You shoulda seen the faces on those guys. Classic.:grin:
Of course, nothing came out more than a few inches or so. I love the
peace of mind knowing nothing is ever gonna drop out under pretty
much any circumstances.
