Here are the diameters @ 29" of the ten that are left. you guys are cue builders, its really not that hard to drill a 3/4" hole in the butt, stick a 5"extension in the hole and add a butt piece. One done like this will give you points ending about 2 1/2" from the joint, a 12 1/2" wrap groove and a 5" butt. Pretty common dimensions.
I have one that Dave and I put together about a year ago. It looks real good and hits a ton. Ivory joint and ferrule, bison wrap. In "San Diego" where the players can't afford much I have been offered $2,000.
Some of you guys have some pretty big names. If you built them they would sell for $2K easy.
Know they are hard to find. Will decide in the next day or two whether I want to sell the lot or individually.
PM me your best offer and we'll find these some homes.

Joey said these might be from a generation that used soft wood. Pete T looked at them yesterday and said they were all good wood, several of them exceptional rosewood and purpleheat.
Late,
Seriously? I'm pretty sure there's no "$2G" cuemaker on earth who "plug-n-hopes" skinny blanks for conversion, knowing there's no way to reach their standard joint size, or any normal joint size for that matter. And it's clear that if there is one giving you this information in private, he's certainly not putting himself out here for public scrutiny as you are. So this means either you are full of crap or else somebody's giving you bogus info & letting you make a fool of yourself with it. I don't see any of these "big name" cuemakers chiming in to dispute any of the information given, nor see any of them chiming in to make offers. My guess is that somebody caught you locally & cherry picked your goods, leaving you with a load of "not so goods" for you to try to dump on unsuspecting or newbie builders online. Could be wrong. But there's a reason 13 went to 10 overnite. Hey, i'm not trying to be a dick & bust your chops. I sincerely hope for your sake that's not what actually happened. It would be shitty thing to do to somebody. I'm just calling it like I see it. Good luck with your sales.
Let's see , you can roll them on a pool table, sight them like a rifle while turning them. etcI really cant tell if they are straight unless I cut and spin them.
It looks like I have some more work to do. Tomorrow I will list dimension and wood together.

Hey qbilder,
I was only trying to sweeten the pot for the original poster with my offer. I also have done some of these green label conversions and realize they are a long gamble at best. I respect your efforts and will withdraw my offer at this time. Your were first to post and should have the first chance at them in full. Good luck.

I'm sure whoever looked at them knows. You seem to know a lot one minute and not much the next.

I know how to roll a cue but I thought the only part that mattered was the part you put in the lathe to turn.
All I did was post a pic of some cues that came with a $500 Gold Crown.
Asked what they are worth.
Gave one to a friend that thought they were neat.
Missed two of the cues when I measured, they are in a stack of probably 50 house cues, so listed 10.
You guys are all pretty funny.
