Hears a custom order cue I'm working on . I got this burl a few years back from wildwoods its sick , can't wait to see it with finish on it . this cue will be getting some vary nice inlay work, will keep you posted on this one . injoy the pics..

That is some sick burl Darrin ;)
I have been at Darrin's shop and he's got some awesome wood stock.
 
Nice looking cue. I'm sure finish will make it POP!!!

Is that a Zebrawood front, in the background? What will that cue look like, when it's put together?
 
Looks like that will be a beauty, Darrin. Finish will really bring it up!
 
Looks like my future cue is coming along nicely. The pics don't do justice to that piece of burl you found. When this cue is finished it will be one of your nicest cues you have done.

Hi,

What I like about Darrin is that he is constantly changing the style and designs of his cues. Never gets boring and each cue is one off.

Very nice cue. the colors of the wood & veneers go really well together. Like how the burly is used in the inlays and as the alternating shorter points as well as in the handle.

Won't see this again, really unique Buckeye Burl , fully cored with rock maple core . Lucky man that owns it now ;)...:eek:

I got to see this cue up close & personal today, all I can say is AMAZING !!!

I can see why Darrin is regarded as one of the top cue builders today.
