I got a quick update from our on the spot reporter earlier but I was away from my computer so this update is a little old and details already starting to fade.

Action by the beaucoups as you might expect. Rumor has it that Billy I. and Artie partnered up to play a little against a little birdie and his partner for five dimes a man. Don't know if that is accurate. $100-$500 One Pocket action everywhere last night too.

Scotty Townsend and the usual suspects still on the winners side. Our own JoeyA was running mighty fine winning his first two matches before bumping into CJ Wiley. He and CJ made it to hill hill. Joey played safe, almost! CJ had a sliver of ball to see, hit it and the cue ball found it's way to the nine and the nine found it's way to the pocket. Joey is looking at another tough match today on the losers side but he's playing well, guess we will know soon.

I knew that Joey had planned to go to Mobile but then when he posted about Ray streaming from New Iberia I thought Joey had went there. Made sense since he does a lot of commentary. However the rest of the report makes more sense to be from Mobile. I was outside working on my truck when I got the call, the reason I didn't go anywhere this weekend. Damn Lee Iacocca and all his henchmen! Just once I'd like the engineers to have to actually work on a vehicle they designed.

Change the names and the report should still be right. Bet they are having a blast in New Iberia anyway! :D :D :D

I was planning to head to New Iberia myself. Being a born again bachelor there is a lot more than pool that appeals down there. Just to stir the pot, I have spent some time in New Iberia and Mobile and the cajun babes in New Iberia can give the ladies in Mobile the five out! Not that the ladies are bad looking in Mobile but . . . In my teens and early twenties I headed to the heart of acadiana to party most weekends, from Friday evening to Sunday evening. When my class mates in high school pointed out there were places to party a lot closer I just had to tell them "not really."

I have been confused, too. Who is streaming where and which pros are going where all changed this week! It's been crazy trying to keep up!
