Up for raffle is a like new Jim Buss signed 10-10-2008.
Four purpleheart points up and four down from joint with natural teal orange and black veneers. Highly figured Birdseye forearm and the finish is fantastic as Jim is known for. No dings in this cue! Fancy slotted rings outlined by silver at all points and topped off with a stunning purpleheart buttsleeve with 4 veneered windows framing 3 mother of pearl inlays, two dots and one notched diamond in each. Linen wrap is white with burgandy specs. Both shafts play amazing, they are both at 13mm dead straight with brand new tips. Stainless radial joint pin places the balance point just an inch up from the wrap. This cue has a real crisp hit and super low deflection. It's the nicest Buss I've personally seen and I believe anyone would be real proud to own a cue made by one of the smithsonian cuemakers! It hasn't seen much play and is ready for someone to take it home and win some money with it :)! To make this cue again, or remotely close, you're looking at $2300 or more! I'm looking to get what I have into it, if someone makes an offer close to what I paid for the cue. Oh, the weight is right at 19.4oz with either shaft (one is curly maple from ferrule to joint).

The winning number will be the yellow ball drawn for megamillions. At $2300 it would be $50 a spot based on 46 spots however, since the cue has been played, it will be:
$30/spot
$55/2 spots
$80/3 spots
The cue will remain for sale locally and on az until 30 spots are filled so lets get it going! :) I will send payment requests via paypal one the raffle is within 7 spots... Good luck guys and let me know if there are any questions or suggestions as this is my first raffle. The cue will be shipped usps priority mail to the winner the day following the raffle.

no interest yet... any ideas folks?

Jim Buss is one of the Cuemakers the Smithsonian in Washington d.C. chose to build a Cue for an exhibit on the history of Billiards. Buss Cues play great, and you can run over your opponent with a BUSS.

26, 34, and 18...

I really shouldn't, but.....

what if I win? then what!

great looking stick, can't wait till it gets here!

I can't believe there is so little interest in this one...
Its one sharp looking stick, and if it fills at current price, the man stands to receive ony 1500, deffinately out a little change on this one I'd have to think...
Rare chance to own a piece of american history for as little as 40 dollars...

???

I've seen this cue in person, and unfortunately the pics don't do it justis. It's a real looker.

Price drop on spots!

this should make the first two guys happy since they're already on board, but hopefully the drop will get this filled more quickly.

Lol thanks Tommie you got it. Tommie knows a good deal when he sees one. Then again, if you win all the raffles it's always good deal :)
you got it sir.
