This made me chuckle a bit. What happens when you google "Seyberts".

Billiards.com says they will beat Seyberts prices. Seyberts says, NO YOU WONT!

I just googled it, and the "no you won't" is still there.

pretty funny stuff.

I just got the same thing when I googled it (in the correct order, no less).

Thats funny. anyhow, Seyberts is the nuts... not to mention they run the AZB Marketplace

Im dissapointed, mine didn't show up that way when I googled it. I don't think it ever has on my computer or I would have noticed it, wierd.

Way to go Seyberts!

Billiards.com did the same thing to me if you Google "cheap cues" you'll see their ad.

The ads rotate around so they won't always line up like on the screen shot shown- sometimes they will be on the side or won't appear at all. The people who are willing to pay more usually get the top spots but not always.

I just opened your link. Billiards dot come was first and Seyberts was below. Which actually turned out better bc it made since as you read it. I laughed again anyway

You think maybe .......

I'd say it's a violation of Google's adwords policy;

Fundamentals of the policy

Competitive claims are statements implying that your product or service is better than a competitor's. If your ad text contains competitive language regarding other companies, specific support for this claim must be displayed on the landing page for your AdWords ad.

You can offer support for your claim in a variety of ways such as a chart or table that compares the features or prices of your product versus your competitor's product or a competitive analysis discussing why your product is superior.

For example, ad text that states "better than AdWords" would be considered a competitive claim and would require support on the website. If the landing page includes a competitive analysis of the advertised service versus AdWords, this claim would be acceptable and the ad could be approved.
Examples
Examples of unacceptable text:

* We do not allow ad text to use "better than," "faster than," "beats," or similarly charged phrases against a specific competitor unless the landing page displays evidence that supports this claim.

Examples of acceptable text:

* Comparative language - Competitors can refer to one another and also compare or contrast products such as "Yahoo Vs. MSN."

If it's a war Seyberts dropped the big one and it's quickly over in one fell swoop. They get my vote... and $$$$$
