Pretty quiet in this thread...I believe both my valley/bca team I am subbing on and my APA team are playing out of Stix this Thursday. Is anyone besides myself and Frost betting on the Mika/SVB match? Has anyone been matching up recently outside of tournaments now that summer is officially over?

Thanks. Sorry I missed your call while I was at Tim's 30th birthday party. Crazy poker/drinking going on over there. Like I posted on facebook, it is really tough playing a good friend. Neither of us played close to steller. There was moments of good shooting on both sides, and moments of WTF did I just do as well, especially the last game. That was only my 2nd regionals I have played in. At least I got to double dip Florian

I've been drunk for about a month so that sounds about right. Some people are already starting to mention funny business in the Mika and SVB match. How they are good friends and yada yada yada, way I look at it is as long as you dont know who was supposed to win, what difference does it make?

Anyone going to Peoria this weekend? I went to the river city open and it was a good tourney. I liked the format redraw double elim with a buy back you can lose 3 times. I would of done better last time if I didn't draw jeff beckley 3 times in a row. I'm pretty sure I'm going. If anyone is going get ahold of me.

That tourney has a ton of strong players, stay in town and practice for next week, it's easier money. Olathe at the end of the month. Lot of places to go on the 23rd as well. Probably going to Beloit the 23rd.
Bob Jewett is coming to Big Dogs around 5 or 6 tonight, I think people should come out and challenge him, maybe trap him up in a ring game or something. I want to see the back cut on that spot shot with the cue ball at the corner pocket. Come out tonight people.
