Dean,

I didn`t know for sure if you are serious with your question, but if someone says you have a decal cue they are saying your scrimshaw work is not real, it is just a decal placed on a cheap cue. Obviously not correct, but that is what they are implying.

Your Mottey cue is on the Mottey web site, in the gallery with other scrimshaw cues.

Have to agree with Mr Will

Except I thought your cue was fancier. And I may have something soon you want and we can trade. Be patient.
Your buddy,
Nick :)

Dean,

Does it have the cityscape logo with two cues crossing anywhere?
He did that logo on really fancy cues. It was a decal I believe.

chris G<-------maybe that's what they mean......just a thought

And/or, the point veneers are also sometimes referred to in this same context. But also agree, not a snowballs chance in hell for this cue.

I am not talking about my cue ,my cue is fine

I have read here on Az that there are decal cues,he asked if mine was and I never heard that there were any.

It was a bit of a rumor (probably unfounded as most of these things are) and I want to know if there is any reason (proof ) to believe it

I have owned many of his cues and think they are among the very best ever.

I should have stated my interest clearer. If there is any proof put up,if not stop talking
