iTrader rep question

I made two recent purchases from cachiocca. Both went flawlessly. PS: This man packs items beyond good-unbelievable, actually.

I left positive 'buyer' iTrader feedback for each transaction(2 times).

The totals show 2, both feedback messages appear, but the feedback score is 1, and the iTrader (#) in the upper right of his screen name reads(1).

Question is: What's the story? what did I screw up?

Anybody know what's up?

You didn't screw up anything...thats how iTrader works. If I buy 10 items from you and leave 10 iTrader ratings...it'll only show 1. The number in the corner represents the number of deals with different individuals. Someone can have 50 total feedbacks but their number is on 40...that means 10 of the deals were repeat customers.

My feedback score is 18
member's left positive is 18
negative is 0
Total positive feedback is 19
I am really confused...

Like I said...you have a repeat customer. Rossaroni left you 2...but it'll only show 1 point per customer.

In my defense? I didn't count/compare my own score and actual feedback posts received.(like that helps my case) Yeah-I have been a repeat customer of some great sellers. I apologize for wasting the forums time.

Not the first time, likely not the last.

But I do apologize. If I could be less stupid, maybe I would be.

(Now I get it. But it did require spoon feeding. Thanks for the help)
