And now as you look at the next pictures I want you to know 1 thing:

No matter what kind of inlay machine you buy/build.

No matter how big of a lathe you get.

no matter how many shafts your machine can cut at one time.

JUST REMEMBER 1 THING:

I HAVE A LASER

dam, dude..... that's alota stuff..... I bet that was a nightmare moving it... but very rewarding getting it set back up..

Nice work..

Incredibly nice shop - just planning it out must have been a pretty big chore.

Now get back to work!

LOL

I like your shop,I bet the proto trak cnc lathe comes in handy.I miss my cnc lathe, but not the payments.

That's a factory, not a shop. Actually, I have seen one factory that was less equipped. Impressive array of machinery.

The C02 laser probably cost as much as half the machines in your shop. The potential for it is amazing though. The last time I looked at one, the price was ~10k for a table top Epilog model with a 12x18 work envelope.

that is some thing I've thought once, but even if it could I won't because I'm affraid of "slag" dripping into the bed, I cut metal rings on a mill currently, but am thinking of getting a punch press with a custom jig to cut out metal rings.
