I just wanted to let everyone know that we, OB Cues, are having some phone trouble.

Our primary phone system does not seem to be connecting to our provider (VOIP), so all incoming calls are just ringing busy.

If you need to reach us, please call our fax line, 972-398-9304, as it is still working. If you are making a toll call to reach us, we will get your number and call you back on our dime.

LOL I read the title and thought you were about to announce a zero deflection cell phone. Must be Monday.

Loved my OB1, so sure send me your new cue phone! I knew you guys were always on the edge of technology but talking thru my cue would be great. Will this effect the balance of my cue?

Yes, that's one of the things we have to work out. The balance changes with the charge level of the batteries. ;)

Well, anyway, it looks like our problems are now fixed! :thumbup:
