How did Wade Crane break at 9 ball? A lot of guys back in the 70s would line the cb up straight at the 1, or slightly to the side, and hammer it with follow, the idea being that as the balls opened up the cb would catch the 9 and send it into one of the downtable corner pockets. If not, the plowing action would spread the balls out better. It worked pretty well with equipment of the time. Is that how Crane broke?
