Valley Panther pocket liners.

I bought a new Valley Panther table and sent my rails to Ridgeback to be exchanged. They extended the corners by 1/4 each. Since the new Valley has flush mount pockets, the liner is now in the way. This was not an issue with the old design. What options do I have? Simply trim the liner? My concern is that I think the screw that holds it would interfere, therefore may have to be removed. Can it be refastened or moved over?

That cloth folded behind the rail is part of the problem. Shouldn't be there.
Fix that and there should be less of the liner that needs to be trimmed.

Ridgeback stated this was a hospital fold and is how the wrap all there rails as the have a recess in the rail that allows it not to interere.

that folds not the problem. the pocket will need to be trimmed. the problem you might run into is the the trimming might be too close to the screw hole.

I think your right on there Donny pocket liner need a little trim and maybe the rail need tighten ing a little to many gaps everywhere.

Per your first picture - the excess cloth from that end-fold is clearly not tucked into the recess behind the rail.
Regardless - the pocket liner needs to be trimmed. If you get too far into the screw/washer you may have to
redrill the liner and casting and use a button instead of the screw.

Cool. Good advise. The fastener almost looks like one use for automotive. Wherer are you finding those? Thanks all for the input.
