it is dead on an E 3 but mine says meuccioriginals on the butt hmmmm

Like the other member who posted said, the cue is Euro design from the late 80's, Meucci used the Meucci original stamp on their cues until 1990.

Its a European model. They came in various colors Grey, Green, Blue, and Brown are the most common.

Its tough to say value on Meucci's but the originals are worth more. Probably 200.00 give or take depending on condition.

A bigger pic showing the entire butt would really help.

Since it's got the Meucci Original stamp and the last year that for that stamp was 1985, it's at least 25 years old. I'd guess its an 80's model but can't get more specific without the pic.
