I'd like some input on the value of this Meucci with two points made for Mike Massey years ago in a 60" length. The but of the cue is 31" and it comes with a standard 29" shaft. This was made for Mike at a time he wanted to try a 60" cue but he decided to go back to a standard length cue.

Cue is in decent condition with some playing scars.

Provenance

What kind of proof do you have that it was made for/used by Mike Massey?

I think the first thing you need to do is determine the value of the cue without regards to it being used by Mike. Once you figure that out you can adjust the price a little.

Is this a 1 of 1 cue?

The cue has the same buttsleeve as the MO-4 which was a 4 point cue but it also looks very similar to the 95-8. According to the Blue Boo kthe MO-4 is $500 in 98% and the 95-8 is $295 in 98%. A letter of prominence would probably add some value to the cue as it looks to be in fine shape.

I've never seen a Meucci built to be 60" and particularly with butt being 31"

Looks exactly like my 84-3 except instead of green I have natural wood. I believe there were a couple different color options with this one so I wouldn't expect it to be a 1-1 besides the fact it is longer...

I don't know the model numbers any more, but it appear to be a 2 point cue which was the lower end of the line. I would guess it is worth $200 or so without a letter from Mike. Get the letter in hand first and then add the collectors value of what it being Mikes personal cue means to someone. Who knows what that would be?
