Old pool balls

A friend of mine has these old pool balls and would like to know how old they are and value.

(It's been a while since I followed ball prices, but...)

The one ball with the zig-zag is the most valuable one and might get $50 to $100 on Ebay. The other "clay" balls look to be mostly in good condition and might get $5 each. The cue ball is worth a little more. The 4 ball by the zig-zag appears to be plastic and if so is worth less.
