What about all of us that asked for a refund.... At least 4 people and myself asked I even ask in a pm! Seems like Caral B was the only one who got out.... Now you want to respond after the fact. I want my money back. You made alot of $$$$ 0n the FAKE CASES

believe me you're not the only scammer on here, even some with the highest reps raffle warped cues because they think since we only have maybe 20 or 30 bucks in the raffle we shouldn't have a complaint when the cue or whatever is crap. I was told by the cuemaker on a cue I won that it was a raffle cue because the ringwork was screwed up, but it was never mentioned in the raffle. Once I called the guy that raffled the warped cue with the ringwork that should never of left a cuemakers shop, I somehow ended up being the bad guy. Sorry I believe when you sell something every detail should be mentioned, b ut its so easy to just say, "Oh really? I didn't realize it was warped!! Must be the state you live in.."
It's tough to swallow that after being outted for selling fake cases, understandably, a number of people lost faith in you and asked for refunds in this raffle and basically, you ignored their requests.
You went forward despite a number of people asking to be withdrawn, you named a winner, and are now asking "are you guys going to honour this results?" Are you offering them a choice now, after the fact?
Give the money back to those who requested it.
You are a real piece of work, tasaddicts. :angry:

I know that there has been a lot of posts regarding this raffle and authenticity. Despite all of this, I would still like to receive the cue but it will not ship until the paypal claims are resolved. I am asking for those that have filed a claim with Paypal to please resolve the issue so I can receive the cue.
I know that I have not been a member of the forum for very long, but I feel that all of the people that i have dealt with and exchanged PM's with to date have been honest people. I have also had opportunities to talk to some great people through this forum and these raffles and I am hopeful that this cue will be what it is described to be.

My apologies for this being held up, however, I can't help but wonder if you condone tasaddicts actions on these forums. I understand you wont he cue, however, if you didn't, would you be wanting your money back. This cue is fake and I can say that with 100% certainty. tasaddicts is worthless and his word means nothing. IMHO, you should abandon the cue and request your money back like the rest of us. The circumstances of your number hitting are irrelevant because he shouldn't have even ran the raffle.
I am sorry for the unfortunate circumstance that came with winning this fake cue, however, I can only suggest that you understand the greater of the situation here.

The best part of waking up, is its time to shut this guy down. I will be seeking legal counsel in order to determine what legal course I can take to make sure he pays for what he has done to all of us.

Well the raffles im in are the last ones for me then..... If the person raffeling then can raffle off fake stuff or warped stuff and get away with it then im out... Not saying all people are gonna do that because everything i have won has been what it was supposta be But it is a joke if my number came up i would have told him to shove it up his ass...... People wanted out and he just did what he wanted. So the Klapp raffle and the Schon raffle the Varney Raffle and Butterfly and one or two other are it for me....

I'm not sure what to say. I am quite reluctant to get into this mess in this current situation. But I think i am obligated to.
I sold this cue to Tasaddict together with a bunch of other stuff. This is the thread that i was selling this cue and my pics.

The cue came in with a sticky feeling wrap and some damage to the finish in the butt sleeve. I sent it to Mr Ryan Theewen from Mueller recreations to have the wrap changed into a very nice bison wrap and the butt sleeve refinished. It was also custom fitted with a 314-2 predator shaft and i only play with the predator shaft. Other then that the cue felt genuine to me. I do not think it is a fake. Like most cues sold here, they do not have any form of LOA.
I would like to suggest this. Have this cue ship to the winner via escrow for a second opinion. If it is genuine then this auction is legitimate. Then congratulations to the winner.
If this cue is a fake. But the winner choose to accept it. Then we congratulate the winner. But have the money return to those who chose to withdraw before the winner was announced.
But if the cue is a fake and the winner is not willing to accept this cue. Then return the cue and he should have everyone money refunded.
This boy is just an enthusiastic seller. But lacks the maturity to handle a situation like this. If my proposal is acceptable, I will encourage him to make it right for everyone. As I too have a part in all this mess. If i cannot get him to make it, I will do so personally out of my own pocket.
