It looks nice, I hope no one took my request as an implication of hidden damage.
In fact, far from it; I just wanted to see what the business end looked like.

I have seen very similar looking J Flower case.

How does one tell the difference? I cannot quite determine if a similar case I have is a swift or a flower.

From the tooling perhaps?

My case is without a doubt an old Dennis Swift Case. You can tell by the stamp on the bottom. To the experienced eye, one could easily tell the difference between a Swift and an original Flowers case (I'm not talking about the JB Flowers tribute cases).

Take a look at the link below. This is a great example of an original Jay Flowers cue cases. Notice the stamp underneath the handle. If yours does not have that stamp, it's not an original Jay Flowers cue case.
