I watched the stream from Fargo this weekend. The feed was clean. Real good picture. Best of all it was free. Now I must admit the last two PPV that I bought kind of soured me on them. The first was the Tar match that was streamed free after I paid for it. And the second one was Bad Blood that I only saw the first 4 or 5 games. Altho after 2 month I did get my money back. Now back to the Fargo stream it was top notch and the only thing that bugged me was the Spanish kool-aid ad that poped up every 10 min. or so. I see a lot of these ads on pool streams and its got me wondering whats the deal. Why are most of them in Spanish and hardly any in English. Can someone please explain this to me.

There's nothing sinister about it, it's a matter of who is paying for the ads. The net effect is the same. No matter what language the ads are in, it helps the revenue. If Spanish ads help streamers profit from their labor, than so be it. You and I, and the rest of the people who wish to see the stream, benefit from their advertising expenditure. No one is stopping other marketers from purchasing more English language ads.
BTW--First time I saw that T-shirt design that says "WELCOME TO AMERICA, NOW SPEAK ENGLISH" I immediately thought "Hey, that should be in Spanish!".

Just because it's in Spanish doesn't mean you can't enjoy what you are watching.
I find it racist and downright offensive because you somehow dislike Spanish speaking individuals.
I'm just tired of all of this....first it was bad mouthing the Chinese for their, supposed inferior product. Now we are complaining about Spanish ads?

You are correct about the quality of the stream from Fargo, they did a great job.
Your question about why the ads are in Spanish, well you will have to ask uScream about that, as they have control of the ads, not the streamer.

The live streamer does not get any revenue from those ads, in fact the streamer has to PAY not to have the ads shown on their shows. For a show typical for a pool tourney it would cost the streamer $999.00 not to have the ads shown! To see the prices go to your uScream dashboard and under Premium Services click Ad Free Broadcasting.
UScream does not charge (yet) a fee to broadcast and they generate revenue by placing ads on the streams of all those who chose not to sign up and pay for the Premium Services.
There is a way around you seeing those ads. I do not see any ads while watching any show on uScream. I use Firefox with the AdBlockPlus adon,
ad blocker. I see no ads and I mean NONE.
I hope this helps many of you to understand that it is not the streamers fault.

I agree it's great that the stream is free. I just ask why the koolaid ad that ran every 10 to 15 min. was only in Spanish.

I've heard, in other chat rooms, comments and questions about why the ads are in Spanish. It must be that (and this only a wild a$$ guess) uScream runs the same ads on all of the shows that are on the air at the time and they must have some info that there are a large number of Spanish speaking viewers.
