It really bothers me when people start threads in the "Wanted/For Sale" section and post no pic's or post a pic with 20 cues and you have to figure out which one you are actually interested in!!!

Sorry for the short Rant!

lol I hear ya wedge..... Looking through many cues in a picture to find the one can be.... disheartening
 
I love it when I take the time and courtesy to include " No Trades Please" and then get loaded with PM's offering trades.
 
Personally, I think the price ought to be listed in the thread title. Then you can know whether or not you're actually in the price range you have in mind while cruising through the section.

But what happens when you lower the price? I know you said price range, but sometimes a small price drop could change someone's interest on the cue. Wouldn't be an issue if you could change the title, but at this time you cannot.

Good point. I forgot that you can't edit thread titles...

Poop. I have no answer for this. (What else is new? :p )

I still would rather have some indication of the price, perhaps I'm just being lazy. All I know is that when i started to go cue shopping, I received lots of advice about buying a good used cue here. I spent several weeks clicking thread after thread, only to find that there wasn't anything in my price range.

Probably cuz I'm a cheap so and so, I suppose. The good news is that I decided to buy a lower end production cue from a dealer, and I'm quite happy with it. I would have a difficult time using the For Sale section here, other than for idle surfing. Again, probably cuz I'm low-budget.

This is not the first time I have heard people mention this. Having sub sections for low end/production/medium/high end cues has been brought up before.

We should also have a section for case manufacturers called " I love myself and write very long winded posts to proove my self worth" posts!!!
