I know Justadub is out of Bangor. It's about an hour east of Waterville.

Last time I checked in with Creedo here online, I think he said he had a job out of state for a while. Memory is faulty, sorry.

Hey Dub, I'll let you know the next time I head to Bangor. I play over at the Brewer Eagles when I'm there. 9' olhausen's for a quarter a game.
Methinks we've played before. I'm quite sure of it, actually.
That's where I play all the time. (Well, "all the time" these last two years that I've been a member.) I'm pretty sure you were up last summer and played in one of our little weekly tourneys that they do on Thursday nights.
So yeah, when you come back up, I expect we'll play some!

Not that it is too close, but...I am in the Bridgton area if anyone around wants to play sometime. There's a really nice room in Windham (Sebago Lakes Billiards) I'd be happy to drive to.
Edit: Justadub how did your playoff at Club 302 go? Someone told me they put in Diamond bar boxes, so that was probably a nice surprise.

We went out in the second round, it was a close match.
The Diamond barboxes were nice. I would have liked to actually play on them, more than the 30 minutes or so we had before the tourney started.
Club 302 has 12 Diamonds, and they needed 16 tables for the tourney, so the LO had 4 more tables brought in. Of course they were Valleys, and 2 of them should never have been used. They were horrible. One had extremely old cloth, and the table played tremendously slow. The other one had an end rail that was almost falling off... hit it and it went clunk.
I'm sure the LO was at the mercy of the vendor providing the tables, but it sucked. And we played on those tables both rounds...
Club 302 was nice, above and beyond the Diamonds. I bet they're gonna be quite a busy place.

Yup...probably did. I won an 8 ball tourny one night there. Mike Curtis is my cousin. Don't get there as often as I used to but I will let you know when I am coming next cuz I always go to the Eagles.

I'm an Eagles member so I don't need him to get in there.
It was meant tongue-in-cheek, and I probably shouldn't have "gone there" in any event. I get a kick out of Mike, it's too bad we haven't seen him in a while.
I kinda figured that was what you meant. I kinda answered it with that in mind.
Mike's a good guy...he just felt slighted the way things ended there.
And I think there's quite likely a lot of truth in that. I know a lot of us feel badly about it, too.
I'm quite sure he'd be happy to know that.
