Now and then, on occasion, I'll give Pat Fleming a very small hand converting a few of his many old VHS tapes when he gets busy on other projects.

Yesterday, I grabbed one of them and sat back to watch it. This one was an older One Pocket match between Mike Sigel and Johnny Ervolino. Nice long match race to 5.

For any of you One Pocket lovers (especially us old timers :) ) who haven't seen this one yet, I had to post and highly recommend you contact Pat to get a copy.

Great match, but in addition, fun commentary by Grady, Buddy, Cornbread, and a late entry from Freddy the Beard with some LOL banter.

Besides enjoying the match, it really brought back some memories of the good old days of pool. I don't think anyone would be disappointed having this old classic in their library.

Are you saying that he converted them to DVD. If so, that's great. How is the viewing quality?

It is on DVD. I have this match and it is one of my favorites. The combination of play and commentary make it one of the best in my opinion.
