I lucked into this cue the other day and fell in love with it.
It plays Extremely well.
I know that it is an early TS cue from the logo and the Micarta joint.
The finish is original and has no nicks or dings.
I am curious to know how "rare" the micarta joint option was?
Also I have never seen a double ring like this on any other TS cue
Original TS logo
Micarta
As you can tell my camera is not the great. I tried 30 different times to get a picture of the points On all 4 of the ebony points there is a triangle inlay. It looks like the original customer or Tim wanted inlays then decided against it and put the cut outs back. You can barely see it and have to move the cue into the correct light to make them visible.
Has anybody seen this on a cue before?
